1. Returns
We want you to love what you ordered! If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of receipt for most items, subject to the following conditions:

Eligibility for Returns: Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags and labels attached. Watches that have been worn or show signs of use may not be eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items: Some items may be marked as non-returnable, including personalized or engraved products, special orders, or final sale items. Please review the product details before making your purchase.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@girardflair.com within 30 days of receiving your order. You will be provided with return instructions and a return authorization number. Returns without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item is defective, damaged, or an error was made on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item.
2. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and verify that it meets the return conditions, we will process your refund. Refunds are typically issued within 5-7 business days after inspection and approval.

Refund Method: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take a few additional days for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your payment provider.

Partial Refunds: In some cases, we may issue a partial refund if the item has been used, damaged, or does not meet the return conditions. The refund will be issued minus any restocking or handling fees.
3. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange your item for a different product, we recommend returning the item for a refund and placing a new order for the desired product.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team immediately at info@girardflair.com or call (205) 594-7825. We will work with you to resolve the issue and either replace the item or issue a full refund, including any applicable return shipping costs.
5. Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel or modify an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled. If your order is canceled before shipment, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
6. Restocking Fees
Some items, especially high-value timepieces, may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 10% of the purchase price. This fee will be deducted from the refund amount. The restocking fee is assessed based on the condition of the returned item and any associated costs incurred during the return process.
