1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be in the original packaging, with all labels, tags, and accessories intact.
  • You must initiate the return within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Certain products, such as personalized or custom-made items, may not be eligible for returns. Please refer to the product description or contact us for more details.

2. How to Return an Item

To return an item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to info@girardflair.com or call us at (205) 594-7825 with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: After reviewing your request, we will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number. You must include this RA number with your returned item.
  3. Ship the Item Back: You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the product. Please send the item to the following address:

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part, such as a defective or incorrect item.

4. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a product for a different size, color, or model, please contact us at info@girardflair.com. We will guide you through the exchange process, and any price differences will be handled accordingly.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the damage or defect. We will provide you with a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.

6. Non-returnable Items
